人际关系是大学生的一门必修课,是检验大学生能否健康成长的一个重要标准。高校肩负培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的使命,无论是“社恐”还是“社牛”,背后潜藏的都是青年大学生的心理与行为特性,健康的人际交往能力往往是衡量是否心理健康的一种表征,人际交往能力也会影响到大学生宿舍人际关系、学习沟通、求职就业等。本文以广东某农业高校大学新生为研究对象,通过问卷调查法并结合文献法等对大学新生“社恐症”与“社牛症”两种表现进行分析、比较,针对两种不同状况的实际表现特征,并结合数据结果和研究结论,给出相对应的对策意见。Interpersonal relationship is a required course for college students, and it is an important standard to test whether college students can grow up healthily. Colleges and universities shoulder the mission of cultivating socialist builders and successors who develop morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically, and labor in an all-round way. No matter “social anxiety disorder” or “social butterfly”, the psychological and behavioral characteristics of young college students are hidden behind them. Healthy interpersonal skills are often a sign of mental health. Interpersonal skills also affect the interpersonal relationship, study and communication, job search and employment of college students. This paper takes the freshmen of an agricultural university in Guangdong as the research object, through the method of questionnaire survey and combined with the method of literature to analyze and compare the two manifestations of “social anxiety disorder syndrome” and “social butterfly syndrome”, and in view of the actual performance characteristics of the two different conditions, combine the data results and research conclusions and provide corresponding countermeasures.
OBE模型自上世纪80年代在美国兴起以来,已在全球范围内得到广泛应用,并不断推动教育质量的提升。近年来,我国也开始按照OBE理念构建国家三级专业质量标准,推动高校进行教学改革探索。目前,利用大数据与人工智能等技术手段,实现个性化和差异化教学,通过精准分析和预测学生的学习情况,将匹配学生的个性化的学习路径和资源进行推送。未来,随着教育技术和人工智能技术的不断发展,教育改革的深入推进,OBE模型与人工智能的融合,将为培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才提供强有力的支持。OBE model has been widely used in the world since it emerged in the United States in the 1980s, and has been promoting the quality of education. In recent years, our country has also started to construct the national three-level professional quality standards according to the OBE concept, and has promoted the exploration of teaching reform in universities. At present, technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence are used to implement personalized and differentiated teaching. By accurately analyzing and predicting students’ learning conditions, personalized learning paths and resources are pushed to students. In the future, with the development of educational technology and artificial intelligence technology, the deepening of educational reform, the integration of OBE model and artificial intelligence will provide strong support for cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
