目的:本文旨在通过分析临床医学类专业毕业生临床技能考试的成绩影响因素,探讨提高临床技能教学质量的方法和策略。方法:选取某校附属医院2023届临床医学类专业毕业生临床技能考试136名考生作为研究对象。经过数据统计分析,我们对影响临床医学类专业毕业生临床技能考试成绩的多个因素进行了系统的探索。结果:影响因素有技能自主训练次数和平均学分绩点,未发现性别、专业、大学英语成绩、临床技能学专业课成绩对其有影响。结论:揭示了影响考试成绩的主要因素,为医学生的临床技能培养和教学改进提供了有益的参考。Objective: This paper aims to explore the methods and strategies to improve the teaching quality of clinical skills by analyzing the influencing factors of the performance of the clinical skills examination of clinical medicine graduates. Methods: 136 candidates from the clinical skills examination of 2023 clinical medicine graduates from a university affiliated hospital were selected as the research objects. After statistical analysis of the data, we systematically explored multiple factors that affect the clinical skills examination scores of graduates of clinical medicine majors. Results: The influencing factors were the number of independent training and average GPA, and no gender, major, college English scores and clinical skills scores were found. Conclusion: It reveals the main factors affecting the examination performance and provides a useful reference for the clinical skills cultivation and teaching improvement of medical students.
本文针对考试成绩分布多峰、有偏的特点,提出采用有限混合–尺度混合偏正态分布进行统计分析。通过模拟和实证分析,对比了多个潜在混合分布,证实所提方法的有效性。文章进一步采用有限混合–尺度混合偏正态误差回归模型对影响考试成绩的因素进行探讨,并与正态误差回归模型进行对比,证实混合偏正态误差回归模型在对考试成绩评价中的优势。This article proposes the use of finite mixture-scale mixture of skew-normal distributions for statistical analysis of exam scores that exhibit multiple peaks and skewness. Through simulation and empirical studies, multiple potential mixture distributions are compared to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Furthermore, a linear regression model with a finite mixture-scale mixture of skew-normal error is used to investigate the factors influencing exam scores, and is compared with a normal error regression model, confirming the advantages of the mixture of skew-normal error regression model in evaluating exam performance.
