绿色发展理念以人与自然和谐为价值取向,以绿色低碳循环为主要原则,以生态文明建设为基本抓手,是引领乡村高质量发展的关键。新时代乡村以绿色发展理念引领高质量发展成效显著,乡村环境明显改善、村风文明建设不断推进、乡村产业绿色化水平提高,但仍存在基层政府宣传不足、乡村环境治理力度不够、乡村绿色龙头企业欠缺、农民参与度低等问题和挑战。要不断优化乡村产业结构,做大做强绿色产业;聚焦文旅融合,因地制宜打造乡村特色旅游产业;提升农民综合素养和主体意识,积极践行绿色发展理念;完善乡村基础设施建设,深入实施农村人居环境整治提升行动。The green development concept, with the harmony between human beings and nature as the value orientation, green, low-carbon and recycling as the main principle, and ecological civilization construction as the basic hand, is the key to leading the high-quality development of the countryside. 在全球气候变化与资源环境问题加剧的背景下,绿色发展理念已成为全球经济转型的重要驱动力。作为培养技术技能型人才的主阵地,高职教育需积极应对绿色经济发展的新需求,将绿色发展理念融入创新创业课程体系,培养学生的绿色意识与创新创业能力。本研究从课程体系设计、教学实践与资源保障三个方面,系统分析了国内外绿色创新创业教育的现状与经验,并结合高职院校的实际需求,提出了构建绿色化课程体系的路径与对策。研究发现,当前高职创新创业课程普遍存在绿色理念融入不足、课程结构不完善、教学资源匮乏等问题。结合经验启示,课程模块化设计、多学科融合与校企协同合作是绿色教育的有效路径。基于此,本文提出优化课程设计、创新教学方法与完善资源保障体系的具体建议,为推动高职教育的绿色转型、高质量发展及绿色经济目标的实现提供理论与实践支持。Against the backdrop of global climate change and escalating resource and environmental challenges, the concept of green development has emerged as a critical driving force for global economic transformation.
