支持员工建言行为是人力资源管理的基本理念。文章筛选2000年至2024年中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science部分期刊关于员工建言行为的主题文献,基于知识图谱技术工具CiteSpace开展文献计量分析。分别述评员工建言行为文献的年度发文量、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词时区变化和关键词突现等内容,比较国内外研究方法的差异,归纳员工建言行为的前因后果关系和前沿热点。在现有研究基础上,从自变量、中介变量、调节变量和行为后果四个方面提出员工建言行为的整合模型,并就情境要素影响、建言行为与沉默行为对立关系演化以及行为结果三个方面对员工建言行为未来研究做出展望。Supporting employee voice behavior is a fundamental concept in human resource management. This article selects literature on employee voice behavior from the China Knowledge Network (CNKI) and some journals from Web of Science between 2000 and 2024. Using the knowledge graph technology tool CiteSpace, a bibliometric analysis is conducted. The article reviews and comments on the annual publication volume, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, keyword time zone changes, and keyword emergence in the literature on employee voice behavior. It compares the differences in research methods between domestic and international studies, summarizes the causes and consequences of employee voice behavior, and identifies the frontiers and hotspots in this field. Based on existing research, an integrated model of employee voice behavior is proposed from four aspects: independent variables, mediating variables, moderating variables, and behavioral consequences. The article also looks forward to future research on employee voice behavior in terms of the influence of situational factors, the evolution of the oppositional relationship between voice behavior and silence behavior, and the outcomes of the behavior.
