高校学生管理以人力资本理论、行为科学以及经济科学为基础,导致了管理工作滑向工具理性和经济理性。这种科学主义的管理方式贬低了身体性的人,忽略了身体承载的人文性需要,造成学生管理中人文性缺失,使管理工作陷入生产性、规训性和数据化的实践误区。立足于立德树人的总体目标,高校学生管理工作应该关注身体哲学维度下的人,在培养应用型人才的基础上重建学生管理的人文特性,在管理过程中营造适当的闲暇空间,重建管理实践中的教育关系,培养管理者的审美能力。The management of college students is based on human capital theory, behavioral science, and economic science, which has led to a shift towards instrumental rationality and economic rationality in management work. This scientific management approach belittles physical individuals and neglects the humanistic needs carried by the body, resulting in a lack of humanistic qualities in student management and leading management work into practical misconceptions of productivity, discipline, and dataization. Based on the overall goal of cultivating morality and nurturing talents, the management of college students should focus on individuals from the perspective of body philosophy, rebuild the humanistic characteristics of student management on the basis of cultivating applied talents, create appropriate leisure space in the management process, rebuild the educational relationship in management practice, and cultivate the aesthetic ability of managers.
