党的二十大报告指出,要完善社会治理体系,健全共建共治共享的社会治理制度,提升社会治理效能,从国家层面强调了社会治理的重要性。现代城市社区呈现出异质性强、人口流动性大的特征,作为城市社会治理的基本单元,社区是不同的行动者进行角力的场所,居民之间既可能形成共识,也可能产生冲突,如何化解社区矛盾对推动基层治理具有重大意义。既有研究表明,社区矛盾的化解包括诉讼式与非诉讼式,协商式的非诉讼路径更符合日常社区矛盾纠纷。文章以广州市C社区为研究对象,以协商治理为研究视角分析城市社区矛盾的形成原因及其化解路径。研究发现,C社区矛盾的形成原因主要是协商机制功能弱化、主体协商能力不足以及集体理性相对缺失;社区在矛盾化解中存在路径创新,包括构建多元协商空间、培育社区社会资本和凝聚共同体意识。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to improve the social governance system, perfect the social governance system featuring co-construction, co-governance and shared benefits, and enhance the effectiveness of social governance.
